How much are the delivery fees?
Here at Petscriptions we try to minimize shipping fees as much as possible therefore, our shipping fee is $12. However, we offer free delivery to clinics for all orders over $75.
Do you service people outside of Ontario?
Yes, we service pet owners and veterinarians all over Canada. We ship everywhere from Vancouver, BC to St. John's, Newfoundland.
Will you fill vet prescriptions for delivery or pick up for pet owners directly?
Yes we do fill prescriptions from veterinarians directly to pet owners.
How do I get a price quote for my pet's medication?
As per policy, compounded medications are prepared in the exact strength and quantity that is prescribed by your veterinarian. We can offer pricing once we receive a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian.
How do I get my pet's prescription filled?
We will need a valid prescription either faxed or phoned in from your veterinary clinic. Emailed prescriptions are not valid.
